These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Linz, an appointment booking assistant operated by COM Consulting Group, LLC, available at trylinz.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Linz helps independent service providers respond to booking inquiries by text message. When a customer messages a business, Linz assists in capturing the details needed to schedule an appointment. Linz does not guarantee any specific appointment availability; the business confirms all bookings.

SMS messaging terms

By texting a Linz number, you consent to receive reply text messages related to your booking. Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Customers initiate all SMS conversations. Linz is used to reply to customer-initiated booking requests and does not send unsolicited or promotional messages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Linz for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or harassing content, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

Business accounts

Businesses using Linz are responsible for the accuracy of their service information and for honoring appointments arranged through the service. Businesses are responsible for compliance with applicable laws governing their own customer communications.

Billing, Trials, and Refunds

Linz is offered on a recurring subscription basis. New subscriptions may include a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial, and you may cancel any time before it ends to avoid being charged. By providing payment information, you authorize Linz to charge your payment method automatically when the trial ends and at the start of each billing period thereafter, until you cancel.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Because we offer a free trial that lets you evaluate the service before any charge, we do not provide refunds or credits for any subscription fees, including partial billing periods, unused time, or periods of non-use. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. No refund is issued for the current period upon cancellation.

We may make exceptions at our sole discretion, but doing so does not waive this policy or obligate us to issue any future refund. Where required by applicable law, this policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have.

Disclaimers

Linz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COM Consulting Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Linz.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
